Cancellation Policy

At Ishrit Foods LLP, we strive to offer our customers the finest quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. We understand that occasionally, you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring we can maintain high service standards and inventory management.

Cancellation Before Shipment:

Timing: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of order placement without incurring any charges.

Notification: To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team via email at support@ishritfoods.com or call us at [Insert Phone Number] with your order number ready for a quick process.

Confirmation: Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will send you a confirmation email. If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Late Cancellation: If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was placed, it will be subject to our dispatch process. If the order has been dispatched, please refer to our return policy upon receiving your order.

Cancellation After Shipment:

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, it’s considered as ‘In Transit’ and cannot be canceled. In such cases, our return policy will come into effect upon delivery of your order. Please see our Return Policy for guidance on how to return your product once received.

Special Orders:

For bulk orders or special requests made to Ishrit Foods LLP, the cancellation must be made within 12 hours of order placement due to the custom nature of these orders. Please consult with our customer service team for more details.

Refunds:

For all approved cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund.

Exceptions:

Note that some items may be non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable. This includes perishable goods, custom orders, or items sold on clearance. Details of such exceptions will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
